Admissions

 
A child is considered to be enrolled at Community Christian only after the registration fee has been received, the administrator confirms the availability of space, and the required paperwork is completed and received. This includes basic enrollment and health information. Any change to this information needs to be communicated to administration and changed in their file. This is for the safety of your child. A medical form signed by a physician or certified nurse practitioner is required and must be submitted within 30 days of admission. This medical must be updated every 13 months.
 
Children must be fully toilet trained upon admittance to our program. Children are not permitted to wear pull ups. Each child must be self-sufficient and unassisted in dressing/undressing themselves, able to wipe suitably, able to flush the toilet, and able to wash and dry their hands.
 
We reserve the right to decline any Application.
 
A family leaving with an unpaid balance is not permitted to enroll another child in our program.

There is a $5.00 discount per month for two children in one family attending preschool.
A late fee of $10.00 is charged for each week of non-payment.
There is a two-day minimum enrollment for Preschool and Day Care.
All payments are made the first day of each month.

If for any reason your child does not attend for a month, a 50% holding fee is required to retain your spot.

Vacation/sick time policy for day care children.  Day care children are those who stay for rest time: Each child will be allotted one week off with the amount of time being determined by how many full days a week the child normally attends. (Ex. If your child attends 2 full days per week, they will receive 2 days off without charge per school year.) The Financial Office must be notified in writing of any days being used.

Day Care payments are accepted at the beginning of each week.
 
You are not charged for days that we are closed.

Important for all Parents

 
  • All parents must sign a Fee Agreement stating they understand the terms of our financial policies.
 
  • A $10.00 late fee will be added to your account for every week of non-payment.
 
  • Continual late payments may lead to a child’s dismissal from the program.
 
  • Preschool is from 9:00 – 11:30 am. If you pick your child up later than 11:30, you will be charged for a half day.
 
  • Preschool children staying for lunch must be picked up no later than 1:00 pm. If you pick your child up after 1:00 you will be charged for a full day.
 
  • Day Care children must be picked up no later than 6:00pm. An additional day rate will be charged for the first 5 minutes late and $2.00 for every additional minute.
 
  • All fees paid for Preschool and Day care are paid for days enrolled and are paid whether the child is in attendance or absent. The School is required to maintain adequate staffing at all times.
 
  • Withdrawals: Parents wishing to withdraw their child(ren) may do so at any time. A one-week notice, in writing, is appreciated.
 
  • No reimbursement is given for dissatisfaction.
 
  • Families leaving with an unpaid balance are not permitted to enroll another child in our program.
 
  • We will not accept enrollment for the next session (summer or fall) if there is an unpaid balance.
